Questions
- Where does my product appear?
- In the category you pick: pinned at the top of the category page, in a sponsor card beside every tool page in that category, and first among the alternatives we suggest for tools in it.
- How is a sponsored placement labeled?
- Every paid placement carries a visible Sponsored label and its outbound links use rel="sponsored". We never present paid positions as organic rankings.
- Is Category Featured really exclusive?
- Yes. Each category has exactly one featured slot. We never rotate several sponsors through the same slot. Taken categories don’t offer the slot, and if someone books the same category just before you, we refund you in full.
- What happens after I pay?
- We review your product, set up the placement and email you when it is live — usually within one business day. If we can’t accept the product, we refund you in full.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes. Plans renew automatically each billing period. Email [email protected] to cancel; your placement stays live until the end of the period you paid for.
- Do you guarantee traffic or clicks?
- No. A placement buys position and visibility on HelloStack, not a specific number of visits, clicks or sign-ups. See our Terms of Service for details.
