HelloStack.io offers paid promotional placements ("Featured Placements"). A Featured Category Placement gives a vendor's product priority positioning — for example, placement at or near the top of its category listing and on relevant "alternatives" pages — for the duration of the purchased term.
By purchasing a Featured Placement, you agree that:
- placement affects the position and prominence of a listing only; it does not alter the factual information we present about any product, and we retain full editorial control over listing content, descriptions, and the products we choose to include;
- Featured Placements are identified as promoted, sponsored, or featured where required so that visitors can distinguish paid positioning from organic ranking;
- we make no guarantee of any specific outcome, including traffic, clicks, leads, conversions, sales, or search-engine ranking, arising from a Featured Placement;
- you are responsible for ensuring the material and claims you provide are accurate, lawful, and that you hold the rights to any branding or content supplied, and you grant us a license to display that content for the placement term;
- we may refuse, modify, pause, or remove any Featured Placement — including for content that is unlawful, misleading, infringing, or incompatible with the directory — and, where we remove a placement for reasons other than your breach, we will provide a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of the term;
- fees, term length, renewal, and cancellation are as stated at the time of purchase or in a separate written agreement, which prevails over these Terms in the event of a conflict regarding the placement.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and layout on HelloStack.io — including text, graphics, and branding — are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may link to HelloStack.io freely, but copying substantial parts of its content requires prior written consent.
5. Third-Party Links
HelloStack.io includes links to third-party websites and services. These are provided for informational purposes only. We do not control or endorse the content, privacy policies, or practices of these external sites and assume no responsibility for them.
