Welcome to HelloStack.io — a curated directory of the best SaaS tools to help your business grow. By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. About HelloStack.io

HelloStack.io is an informational directory designed to help visitors discover software tools and services ("SaaS"). Most information is provided for general informational purposes only. HelloStack.io also offers paid promotional placements to vendors, as described in Section 3 (Featured Placements). Where a listing is paid, this does not change the informational nature of the rest of the directory.

2. Use of the Website

You may browse and use HelloStack.io for personal or commercial research purposes. You agree not to use the website for any unlawful, harmful, or disruptive activity. You must not:

• copy, scrape, or reproduce substantial parts of the website without permission;
• interfere with or disrupt the website's functionality;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or its infrastructure.

3. Featured Placements

HelloStack.io offers a paid promotional placement, Category Featured (a "Featured Placement"), described with current prices on our Advertise page. For the one category you choose, it includes:

• priority positioning at the top of that category listing;
• a sponsor card on the pages of the tools listed in that category;
• priority positioning among the alternatives suggested for tools in that category.

Each category has a single featured slot, which is never shared or rotated between sponsors.

3.1 Ordering and review

You order a Featured Placement through our payment processor, Stripe, and provide the website you want to promote and, optionally, a message for us. Every order is reviewed before it goes live. We aim to publish accepted placements within one business day. If we can't accept your product, or if the category you chose was booked by another customer before your order, we refund your payment in full.

3.2 Billing, renewal and cancellation

Featured Placements are subscriptions billed in advance, monthly, quarterly or annually as chosen at checkout. They renew automatically at the end of each billing period, at the price of your subscription, until you cancel. Founding partner prices stay in place for as long as that subscription remains active.

You can cancel at any time by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and your placement stays live until then. Except as stated in these Terms, payments for a billing period that has started are non-refundable. This does not affect any rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

3.3 Placement rules

By purchasing a Featured Placement, you agree that:

• placement affects the position and prominence of a listing only; it does not alter the factual information we present about any product, and we retain full editorial control over listing content, descriptions, and the products we choose to include;
• Featured Placements are clearly labeled as sponsored so that visitors can distinguish paid positioning from organic ranking, and links from them are marked as sponsored;
• we make no guarantee of any specific outcome, including traffic, clicks, leads, conversions, sales, or search-engine ranking, arising from a Featured Placement;
• you are responsible for ensuring the material and claims you provide are accurate, lawful, and that you hold the rights to any branding or content supplied, and you grant us a license to display that content for the placement term;
• we may refuse, modify, pause, or remove any Featured Placement — including for content that is unlawful, misleading, infringing, or incompatible with the directory — and, where we remove a placement for reasons other than your breach, we will provide a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of the billing period;
• a separate written agreement between you and HelloStack.io prevails over these Terms in the event of a conflict regarding the placement.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and layout on HelloStack.io — including text, graphics, and branding — are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may link to HelloStack.io freely, but copying substantial parts of its content requires prior written consent.

5. Third-Party Links

HelloStack.io includes links to third-party websites and services. These are provided for informational purposes only. We do not control or endorse the content, privacy policies, or practices of these external sites and assume no responsibility for them.

6. No Warranty

The information provided on HelloStack.io is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind — whether express or implied. We do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any information listed.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HelloStack.io and its operator are not liable for any damages, losses, or issues arising from your use of the website or reliance on its information.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page indicates the latest revision. Continued use of the website after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
